2. Services
Jingyu Labels provides custom garment label manufacturing services including but not limited to woven labels, care labels, hang tags, printed labels, woven patches, and embroidered patches. All products are manufactured to order based on customer specifications.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on quantity, materials, complexity, and customization requirements. A deposit is required before production begins.
4. Sampling and Approval
Physical samples are produced for customer approval before mass production. Customers must approve samples in writing before production proceeds. Any changes requested after sample approval may incur additional charges and extend delivery timelines.
5. Production and Delivery
Production timelines begin after sample approval and deposit payment. While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, production timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Quality Assurance
All products undergo strict quality control at multiple production stages. If you receive defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details. We will work to resolve quality issues promptly through replacement or credit.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted for production. Jingyu Labels is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided designs.
8. Payment Terms
We accept payment via T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Letter of Credit for larger orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipping. Flexible terms may be available for established partners.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jingyu Labels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
